How it works

Turn your experience into a connection.

  1. Join with your work

Create a profile with your resume, skills, and projects. Companies can search the network themselves or use AI agents like Grok Bot through MCP.

  2. Hear why a company wants to connect

When a company finds your profile, it introduces itself and the role. You choose whether to start a conversation.

  3. Build a direct relationship

Meet the people behind the opportunity and discuss the role together. If you join, the company hires and works with you directly.

Optional proctored tests

Give a new connection more insight into your skills.

Companies can request optional proctored tests after you agree to an introduction. A human watches using two cameras so your work is visible throughout.

  1. English screening
  2. Thinking skills
  3. Coding with no AI

What companies see

Make your profile useful in a company’s search.

Your experience, communication, and availability help a company understand a potential fit. Profiles are free for companies to read before they request an introduction.

Experience
List your languages, frameworks, and cloud tools alongside your resume, education, and work history so companies can find relevant experience.
Communication
Include your English level, written screening answers, and a video interview with a transcript that companies can review before meeting you.
US-hours overlap
Make your availability searchable with your preferred shift, flexibility, and the hours you can share with a US team.
Proof
Connect your profile to live apps, code, and references. After an agreed introduction, a company can request watched tests and arrange its own interview.
